UPDATE: Still no sound. Rechecked the 3PDT and all seems well with that part. Double checked my soldering and checked with audio probe and weird thing is that I can get a bypassed signal with the audio probe when the LED is on and nothing when the LED is off.

Can you confirm that just plugging the pedal in normally, you don't even get bypass sound? Does unplugging the power to the pedal make a difference?
If so, I think the pedal is wired for true bypass, so that means the bypass signal goes from input jack to 3PDT and to the output jack. So the issue has to be somewhere there, before the signal even hits the PCB.
If you get no sound in bypass, the problem is in probably in your off board wiring or in the footswitch. In true bypass, the footwsitch should just connect the input and output jacks, which should pass sound. Check to make sure you haven't shorted either the in or out to the ring on the TRS jacks -- also, a dumb question -- is the volume turned up on your guitar> If you connect the cable connected to the output of the pedal directly to the guitar, do you get sound? I know that sounds like a dumb question, but I can't tell you how many times I thought I had a bad pedal, and I just had the input connected to the amp and the output connected to the guitar.
