You can see the hookers hang out around the 2 blackjack tables below the Muff.
This one has been brewing for awhile. It's based on a PCB that mirrors the famous Kit Rae schematic. I finally settled on the following options/additions:
R5, R6 and R19 are in sockets, R4 is on a trimmer.
C1-C5 and C9-C13 are in sockets. C6 and C7 are in sockets on a 2-way switch.
Both pairs of diodes are in sockets on a 3-way switch (no diodes in the middle position).
Q1 and Q4 are in sockets. Q2 and Q3 are in sockets on a 2-way switch.
There's a MIDS knob.
There's a tone bypass switch.
The FB switch connects the collectors of Q1 and Q3, resulting in some cool oscillation and droning.
There's a LPB-1 BOOST up front.
Without the stuff in sockets:
And filled with whatever seemed to be a good idea to start with: mostly à la Green Russian, but with 6x 220N, 3x 500pf, 1N914/none/LED and 1N914/none/GE for clipping options. Q1 and 4 are 2N5088, Q2 and 3 are 2N5088/KC507.
Boring loop test run with the components mentioned (no input for the osc/drone part):
Now, what else to stick into it?
