ADHD sound problem

Hi all!
Recently I finished ADHD , it was a breeze and fun assembling it.
But it looks that I messed or missed some steps.

I have a sound problem. Volume works, Drive works , Tone not that well, and the problem is
It sounds like Fuzz on empty battery; it cuts off sound in a fuzzy way especially on higher strings.

I changed positons of some parts mainly due design reasons.

1. Did you Insulate the Tone Pot with Dust cover. If not, it will short on the Back of the PCB
2. Your Drain voltages are 0 volts ????, Something wrong there!!!
3. Impossible to read your Resistor values!!!
4. Where did you get the 2N5457's ???????????

Just a small print shop here locally , a 10 min drive

Dude what can I say but thank you
Usually , I measure every resistor on multimeter before i solder it in, and yet, there are these two
Changed it and now it works like it's supposed to.
