All Points Booster mod for clean boost?

Hiya!
Quick question...has anyone worked out a mod for the All Points Booster for a cleaner boost? I'm not looking for more saturation, but a simple volume bump. Thoughts? Any info helps. THANKS

The all points boost is just a LPB-1. Try raising R5 to lower the gain. Start at 470r.

R5: 390R > 470R did the trick. Works like a charm. Noticeable volume boost with no noticeable increase in gain. THANKS for the tip, Bud!
