Awful Waffle

Pretty straightforward build, but I have a knack for finding ways to screw things up that exist outside the standard deviations.

That said, I can not emphasis enough to avoid the generic innie DC jacks from Tayda. Just don't do it.

I am going to use a different DC jack, so disregard the lack of a jack.

Was the issue with the DC Jack the threading grip?

The waffle was a hard build for me too. I think I took 2 or 3 shots before I got one done. Even then I think I need to flip chips because mine whines depending on other circuits in the chain.

I appreciate your labeling. Especially the soft and crispy.

The jack doesn't maintain a solid connection.

I'm not completely done with the enclosure, but will post updates when it is finished.
