Okay, I'm completely stumped by this one. There is no power anywhere on the pedal except through the first diode, D100. Then, there is no voltage on either end of R100 even though there is continuity from D100 to R100! It's the same for pin 8 on all the ICs, continuity to power source, but no power coming through. I'm guessing there's a bad cap somewhere that's shorting to ground or something?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
