Box and all into isosceles boost help

Hi fellas, I built a box and all eq into an isosceles boost with an order switch. (Both in same enclosure)

In one position of the order switch, I get these crazy high pitch sounds. Also both circuits have level knobs, and they get kinda funky with each other.

Does anyone know what I can do with this to make it a bit better? Thanks.

From what I know, which is admittedly little, you should be able to get these circuits working together. Pictures will go along way in troubleshooting.
Do the circuits work independently? Or is it just when both effects are engaged with the order toggle in a specific setting

Seems you've got your wires crossed somewhere, input going into output or similar. Without pics, we'll never know.
