I've completed my build. I can get a mild flange turning the bias trimpot . Trying to set the clock trimmer I do have a DVM with frequency duty cycle setting. Going to the test point I get a reading but after maybe 5 seconds it goes to zero , thinking I moved the probe off tp.1 i check and get a completely different number and if I go on and off I get all sorts off different readings bu it goes to zero if I hold the probe there long enough any ideas?
