Built a couple of the Naga Viper clones and I gotta say, it seems like every boost I build I like better than the last. Started with an Arrows then Bows, Varioboost now the Viper and this is now my new favorite boost It just sounds great wherever you put it in the chain. Not sure if hfe of the 2n2222 matters much I threw in one at 185hfe and the other at 285hfe and they sounded the same to my ears. In all my years playing electric guitar I never owned or really played with a boost pedal, now it’s hard to justify not having one on the board.

I made a list of boost pedals, 'cause a friend needed one and I wanted to build one for him.

Turns out there are a lot of boost pedals out there, A LOT.
