Carcass fuzz - switch is very subtle

Hey everyone.

I built a carcass fuzz which sounds great but the switch is just very subtle. Have I made a mistake or is this a common experience?

I breadboarded this thing this afternoon and the switch is also pretty subtle. One mode has more bass and the other a higher pitched and a bit filtered. but not enough of a difference to justify a switch.

Should I keep troubleshooting or are both modes on the carcass very similar?

I don't know, but mod for it by Chuck is here:

I built one if I remember correctly it is what I would call "noticeable" rather than "subtle." I will dig it out and check. Also at the time I compared it with Carcosa video demos on YouTube and it operated pretty much exactly like the Carcosa. Maybe take a look at one of those and see if yours is sounding the same.
