I have a bunch of 2n1308s that look similar if not worse. All work fine. A little scrub of the leads with some steel wool before soldering and all is well.
I grabbed a couple boxes. Figured, for that price, if there's 1 out of 8-9 in decent spec, it's a decent deal for today's prices. That and compulsive buying habits.
I don't put much stock in a single measurement when it comes to bulk Ge. They're gonna be all over the place. Hopefully some diamonds in the rough.

Thanks for posting, I picked up 2 boxes of ac125 and 1 ac126. I have plenty of Russian low leakage transistors, so somewhat leaky doesn’t sound so bad to me
