Yes. Input and output ground pads, which correspond with these additional pads to ground noted in the schematic.

I just want to add, the way @PedalPCB adds these ground pad in the front of the PCB makes things SOOOOOOOO convenient for wiring.
After building a number of boards from other vendors, even good vendors like AionFX, it boggles the mind that no one else thought to include these, forcing you to wire ground points back to the 3PDT. Not that it's such a big deal but makes for a messier build.
