Don't worry - if I think it needs one I can add one. Even if its not connected to anything. All I need is a bass flux capacitor.

I just noticed that the on-off switch (which I believe is quite sturdy) is labelled "Pre-set button". Wow. That must mean the you can preset the sound with the supplied knobs and stepping on the switch allows you to access the sound you have preset with said knobs. Surely that's a first?

If you squint your eyes there are some similarities, but they aren't exactly the same.

The Tone Bender Distortion looks like a Distortion+ with soft clipping and a Muff tone control. It is in no way a Tone Bender....

Now I want to try that V830.
