Creepin on pedalboards

Any time I see a band play, I try to creep on their gear. Especially their pedalboards. Anybody else do this? post pics here

Last night I saw my current favorite band, Dusk, and this was one of the guitarists' pedalboard. Surprisingly close to my own

I always creep up on pedal boards after the show to see what’s on them. I can’t help myself.

Glad I am not the only one. Sometimes I get looks from people like I'm about to try for a 5 finger discount.

Elder's lead guitarist from a bit back. I was impressed. He operated all those foot pedals and buttons like a true boss.

Fuuuvk… i love Elder and that board is fucking epic. What the fuck is a Minotaur? I almost don’t want to know cuz it’s gonna be another rabbit hole

Thanks for this! I wanted to creep on this but it wasn’t worth fighting my way to the front at the time.
I am lucky to be somewhere that exclusively gets good music on Tuesday nights... But people were definitely sleeping on elder.

Call me when you've built one. I also want to know.

The minotaur is a synth, but it has an audio input so you can run anything you want through the filter section (sort of like the old moog rogue). I would guess that's how it's being used? Seems like a wild flex but given everything else on that board who knows.

You can add a foot-keyboard to the Minotaur and pretend you're Geddy Lee (of course, he used the Taurus, but nearly same-same).

There's a whole thread about foot-controlled synths on TalkBass

From my TB posts on the subject...

Here's Bryan Beller's board(s) from the Aristocrats tour in Feb this year:

LARS DANIELSSON's Doublebass pedalboard, jazzer with "4 Wheel Drive". Great show, amazing bass player and band. Mr Danielsson used his board to great effect, pardon the pun; he was so subtle with it, I believe many patrons didn't notice the effects, but the music would've been poorer without them and the audience less enriched if he'd only provided a dry signal.

And Grace preamp off to the side...

Reggie Hamilton had no pedalboard but was rockin' an EHX Pitchfork and DG Microtube B3K; oh, and a JHS Unicorn Uni-Vibe clone.
Can't find the pic for Hamilton's.
