SOLVED Dark Rift Delay

Powers up. I get a signal in bypass or on. NO effect in on position. I've used LM324N in Place od LM324A. Is anything obvious?

So you do have a clean dry signal when the effect is engaged?

I've never seen a PT2399 with that logo, so I'm a little suspicious of that, but it could be fine.

You have used Fly leads to your Potentiometers, Check to see they are going to the the correct Pads.
They could be in reverse?
HLF doesn't list the PT2399 on there website so It could be an Issue, not sure?
Where was the purchase from?

Checked my potentiometers and they are correct. The PT2399 came from a reputable local supplier in Vancouver, I've ordered a PTC to swap it out.

Solved!
Took the switch out and rewired it from the top of the PCB. The whole thing works now but the Pots are backwards. Easy fix.
