No. To be a viable product, i.e. used outside the pedal world, the transistors should be matched.
Though it's probably possible to manufacture, there's really no demand. The biggest use case was class AB audio output, where you need the transistors separate for heat sinking.
For small signals, it's probably just not a valid product. When it could have been one, the hayday of transistor radios, manufacturing tolerances weren't tight enough to produce it.
