How the hell do you buy multiple items from that site?

I want 2 PCBs and a Wah light cover. There is no "shopping cart", everything is buy a la carte. What am I missing?

Since everything is postpaid, it shouldn't make a big difference for the buyer. But it seems like multiple transactions (instead of one) incur more Paypal fees for the seller?
