Deep End Fuzz - quiet and thin.

Hello everyone!
Just wondering if anyone else has built this new one yet? I just finished it this morning and something is definitely not right. This is probably the 20th PedalPCB pedal I’ve built and it’s the first one that hasn’t worked and sounded great on the first go.
The issue I’m having is not only is it pretty quiet, but the clean side of the clean blend is very thin and wimpy, like it’s coming out of a tin can speaker. The fuzz needs to have everything cranked to max to even make an any consistent sound. And even at that, it’s very dippy and swelly, like it wants to roar but keeps getting choked off.
I know it’s something I’m doing wrong/messed up, but can anyone give me any suggestions of where to start?

If it'd be easier you can just tack a 100nF across the 1nF and leave it in place, less chance damaging a pad or trace.
Happened to notice the Volume pot on my pcb is marked as B50K, but build docs say B100k. I know we typically follow the silk screen in these cases, but is this another error on the original batch? Are you aware of any others? I haven’t played with the original, but this one seems like it has a lot more oomph on the clean side of the blend as compared to the fuzz side of the blend. I have replaced C1 with the proper 100nf.
