Desolate fuzz switch pop

Hey all, wondering if you can help out. I built the desolate fuzz for a friend, he's loving it, but I'm getting some switch pop that I wondered if you might be able to help with.

Initially it was popping every time it turned on, but with some mods on the footswitch I've almost eliminated all of it.
However, when the crush switch is set to off, I am still getting a significant pop when I turn the pedal on. As long as the crush switch is on the pop is gone, but wondering if there are any hacks with trying out to eliminate it in this setting too - some cap across the switch or something like that? Any help would be appreciated!

It's customary to post detailed photos of both sides of the board. You also need to tell us about your mods and any parts substitutions. I recommend that you read some of the posts in this forum to see how we do troubleshooting.

I already have an idea what the problem is, but without more info from you, I'm not going to guess.
