I finally got around to finishing mine.
Dan graciously did the artwork for me ans I love his original ones. And I have to say it looks amazing.
It was my first time soldering SMD parts so I was worried about that and having to maybe troubleshoot! But the soldering went easier than my eyesight trying to find them on my desk!
I got it primarily for when I’m away at work so I can play through my headphones and have some effects on tap. I can’t wait to try it in a week or so.
So far it does everything it should. It actually very nice having the reverb in there. I have still to try the AUX in (my Jack is a bit too small for the hole Dan drilled. So will source a new one.
The Biasing was very easy indeed. And only took a minor adjustment. Super simple.
Surprisingly it worked way better when I swapped out two 10k resistors that should have been 100k and also turned one of the electrolytic caps to the correct way as well
