Whatcha gonna do, brother, when the DOD early nineties metal tone comes crashing down on you, brother?!

Another cool PCB from Dirt Monger. This is the American Thrash Maniac. It gives you the option to build 3 'different' DOD boards. I chose to go with the American Metal. This is based off the FX56B which is the version with the added Bass pot. This also adds a hard and soft clipping options so it's gives it more options than the OG.

It sounds pretty good. It was designed in the 80's so it's got that sound. It's not muddy so it can do drop tunings pretty well. The added buffer board is a nice addition. It's not knocking anything off my board but still a cool addition.

I am a wrasslin fan and Dirt Monger went with Paul Bearer for their version of this so I decided on the Hulkster for mine. I was a huge fan of his in the 80's and even tho he turned out to be a douche bag, the image still looks cool. Also, that cool switch with the lever handle was my last DPDT one so instead of waiting I used it. Looks silly aside the non-lever one but oh well.

All-in-all I'm satisfied with it.
