SOLVED Duck Box Help!!

Hi,
I am on my second attempt at a Duck Box. This is my 5th or so pedal build. But for some reason I can't get it working.

I have signal, the footswitch is working, the LED is working. The Toggle seems to be working. When you move positions it changes the sound. But neither knobs work and it sounds like the envelope is always in the heal down if it were a wah pedal.

Also I attempted to attach a photo but it keeps saying the photo is too large for the server.

I screen shot my photos before attaching. I don't know if this is the best way but it's a quick way to reduce the file size on my phone.

Check power on the ICs with your DMM. Pin 8 should be 9v and pin 4 should be 0 (ground). Also, do you have an audio probe?

It looks like the bottom middle lug is touching the other two on the bottom??

could you also look at your output jack it looks like the wire might be touching the enclosure as well.

I dont have an audio probe. Also I am pretty new to building, and this is the first issue I've had so im not familiar with the process of checking the op amp with the DMM. Im sure that has been covered extensively, but if someone could link me the thread I would greatly appreciate it!

They are close but not touching, though I may move it out some when I get home from work.

It was very close, I moved it but no change in the issue.

Set your DMM to 20V DC and turn on the pedal. Black lead to ground and stays to ground. Then use the red lead to test at pins 4 and 8

Check the voltages of the other pins as well and post them here. Both ICs.

Yeah, if you mean when the pedal is off.

I would also check power at the transistor too. One of the pins will be zero.

What value is this resistor? It should be 3.3M but looks like it might be 3.3 ohm.

Good catch, that is definitely 3.3 ohm and not 3.3M. Ill have to see if I can find the correct value and swap it out.
