Duocast bypass charge pump

I looked for something related but no luck,

So I'm checking the schematic of the "Duocast" and I´m not really into the charge pump so can I just add a bridge where the switch is supossed to be soldered? I have rev3 of the pcb, do you which components besides the lt1054 i need to bypass?

I appreciate all of you if you can help.

you can leave out everything in it's path really, below the highlighted line, D5 too
