great tip! unfortunately with my bigger amplifier board designs I'll probably have to learn kicad. It's okay, I'm gonna suck it up and do it.You can find the installer for 7.7 online legally and you should be able to install and operate it under the freeware license AFAIK. There are restrictions on the max board size, though.
Real quick, do you know if your MBP V3 libraries work in KICAD? Almost every design of the hundreds I've made has used your footprints so I'd be devastated if they didn't![]()

You can. It will import the libraries for that particular project. You select import from non Kicad in the drop down menu and find your eagle files. It’s pretty easy to do.Can I import all of my eagle projects into KiCad? I’m guessing not since the libraries aren’t there.
