Feature request: artwork tags in build reports

Okay, so let’s start a list of tags.

UV
Waterslide Decals
Hammered Stamp
Inkpad Stamped
Laser Cut/Engraved
Etched
Machine Engraved
Masked (would refer to designs where different colors are painted)
No ink film
Dry transfer
Michael W.
Silkscreen (don’t laugh, my wife still has, but cannot get the proprietary supplies for, a 4 x 5 inch silkscreen frame that was perfect for pedal designs…)
Hand painted / Inked
Vinyl wrap (early Dr. scientist is great example of this style)
Inkjet on clear vinyl
Custom enclosure
Upcycled / Repurposed

tags for base color:
Raw Aluminum
Powder Coat
Enamel
Lacquer
Hand painted

please add more, let’s get a compact list (“other” would be fine, or just no tag, for really unusual approaches.
(edited to add suggestions)

You could probably add laser engraved faceplate/PCB faceplate as well!

The fun part will be editing all past posts with these tags :ROFLMAO: There should be a way for people to suggest and approve tags to existing posts...

You forgot the Michael W. tag

Inkjet on clear vinyl. I wouldn't mention it if I were the only one doing it but I've seen others. The lazy man's waterslide.
Added.

I think it’s also viable for colored vinyl too, with the understanding of how transparent most ink jet ink is. (My shop had a wide format printer that you could choose between dye and pigment based inks, but as far as I’m aware, home style inkjet printers are limited to dyes.)

Powder coated enclosures, would you count them as artwork ? I would have thought it's much more an anti-artwork political stance.

... I'd say : "I did some artwork on my powder coated enclosure", rather than "check this amazing artwork on my enclosure, it's powder coated".

The powder coat is the medium, not the style, so I think it would work. If multiple tags were available, having a powered coat tag would be useful. It’s like being able to mark the distinction between a screenprint on fabric and a screenprint on paper. I wouldn’t categorize a pedal’s artwork as solely being powder coated, but just like how a museum curates its tags, both the medium used and the medium worked upon are useful to define.

Custom Enclosure (for people who make an enclosure from folded metal, casting, or wood, etc)

Upcycled/recycled (or some other term— for pedals housed in old military equipment, test equipment, old tins, spam cans, lunchboxes, whatever…)
