I’ll check those out. I’m looking for a solid, reasonably price device for the Fuzz Odyssey giveaways.

I don’t have enough stock of 2N169 but I want the giveaways to have the Ge/Si switch for Q3 like my personal unit will.

How man units are you making?

I’m making 13 all together. Mine will use my own stash of 2N169, of which I only have about a dozen or so left.

I’m making 12 for forum members as part of Fuzz 2022.

This reminds me of a concept I came up with a while ago for a Si FF that behaves like a Ge FF using a few tricks I thought up.
I don’t want to spoil the surprise until after I can breadboard it and post about it in the Test Kitchen, but I can assure you that it will not be what you’re expecting
