Golden Falk Trimpot Biasing

Adjusting the trimpots only goes down the 7.5V from a 9V supply. Do these bourns 50k PV37W503C01B00 not work with this circuit or am I doing something wrong, measuring wrong?
The trimpots measure 0 to 50k
J201's are from PedalPCB

A lil embarasing for me lol. I bought the board and J201's directly from PedalPCB, when the part arrived I put them in a bin to build later. Yesterday (or the day before?) I assembled the pedal got to the biasing part and then noticed the transistors were 2N3903's. Someone at PedalPCB accidently sent me the wrong transistors. I usually look at the part numbers before installing, OOPS!

Was in touch with PedalPCB they are sending some J201's.
