Greengage has no gain

Hello all, I just completed this greengage build and when I engage the pedal I just get a clean sound. The tone control and level control seem to work but the gain doesn't really do anything and the toggle switch doesn't seem to do anything. Any ideas?

I believe it is the right way, its just hard to see the dot with that wire in the way.

Potential short in the middle of the 3pdt.
Did you put pot condoms on?
Beyond that, may need some ic voltages and clear pics of the back of the board.
Bypass working?
Led working?
