CONTEST
True story...the only kind I share

I bought a TD17KVW kit, throne, and some other goodies. After checking out I realized I forgot an extra hi-hat pedal, so I made a second order, hoping my rep would "handle it". A week or so later they called and asked how I was loving that new trigger pedal. :ROFLMAO: I said, it goes well with the drum kit I ordered that same day. Apparently, the follow-up prompter only displays the last order.

BTW, I'm a crappier drummer than I remember. You'd think my bad timing would at least be consistent between instruments, but noooooo.

I had a drum kit and sold it after 6 months. I couldn’t keep a beat anymore. So old….

The gif gave me an idea, has anyone ever tried lenticular printing in a pedal? Would probably have to be a faceplate and I assume it wouldn't stand up to stomping very well, so more of a display piece. I assume they would have to be custom ordered, but I have no idea if it's "expensive cool idea" or "yeah that's not gonna happen" pricing wise.
I've had an idea for a lenticular-print for a few years, ever since the Mystery Muff (schematic) was built up in Tone Report 112, Jan 2016.

So far, the only place that still does lenticular-printing (ttbomk) is China. Lotsa places around the world claim to offer it, but they are just farming it out to China.

I've finally decided on which two images, I just need to find the time to track down a reputable printer (in China) who can do it at a budget price — I only need one, but economies of scale and all that...

just actually looked at the prize. those things look like a good shout even if i don't win. I've been looking more into some headphones so i can play quiet after kiddo is asleep. I am lucky enough to have my practice space directly below the crib
-_-

Being a southpaw, I naturally have a contorted setup.

I have it running both channels into the mixer/daw contoller to Logic Pro, and then out to those BX8s and a sub. It's also got MIDI and bluetooth, but the BT has a bit 'o latency.
