Attached is evidence of my brilliance. Behold; a Germanium Mosrite Fuzzrite, made from scratch. I started on the breadboard, and a schematic from Small Bear. Turns out that schematic didn’t work right (for me). Now, I’m no newbie…I’ve built almost SEVEN pedals…but the most challenging part of this was getting the circuit to work right on the breadboard, since there really is no 100% schematic, for what I can tell…
Anyway, I finally got it working, and it was awesome. I threw together a layout, a mod, and an enclosure: an old pipe tobacco tin. Wired it up a bit ago. It is excellent. This is the best Ge fuzz I’ve ever built. I’ll work on some clips and have them posted tonight…or probably tomorrow (the Phish concert tonight and tomorrow are streaming for phree)…
