You're running SpinCAD Designer version 99.1070 , right??? On Mac or Windows?Sorry for the delay, I’ve been neglecting the actual build so I spent some time putting the two binaura’s together. Happy with how they came out. Still have to drill the enclosures but the bulk of the soldering is done.
As for the stereo reverse delay. I’m getting the incompatibility message again with it. Tried saving it again in case of a copy and paste error, but got the same error message.

Hmmmm . . . . I'm thinking my old MacBook (macOS 'Big Sur') laptop may be the culprit there. I saved the last edits for the Reverse Delay from there. I was just on my Windows machine and re-saved everything after adding in the "Smoother" blocks to the Delay Time control on all the patches. (And by the way, after just testing them all burned to an EEPROM in an actual Binaura build - they sound MUCH better when tweaking the Delay Time controls.)Windows 11. Spincad version .991070. The error message is the same as before. “This file may be from an incompatible version of spincad designer”
I used the same process as all the others.

I think I like version 2 more. I will probably be able to tweak it more when I hear it for real, but I think you achieved the concept.Excellent. Here are two candidates for D07, the Stereo Swell Delay . . .
Haven't heard what this one is supposed to sound like and just did my best to follow the description that was provided. Most of the swell action is managed by the two "Env Follower" blocks. They each push thru a 'Scale Offset' block to drive a 'Volume' block inserted between the 'Input' block and two 'Single Delay' blocks. You can play with the parameters (Attack, Release, etc) in the"Env Follower" Control Panels if you want to experiment with changing their behavior. The Feedback levels may need to be addressed because at some settings it tends to 'run away'.

Yeah, I was able to sort out that Reverse Delay only allows for 'half mode' when you want two of them. I tried to put one 'Half Mode' Reverse Delay block after another in mono, just hear how it might sound, but couldn't get any sound out of that arrangement.What I found when doing the reverse delay block (Claude assisting with the original code I got most likely from the Spin forum) is that, when using just half the delay RAM, the segments are so short that it becomes difficult to perceive them as backwards. Doing a spectrogram using a sine sweep input definitely shows short sections being reversed.
Unfortunately the reverse block uses delay addressing tricks so is not as flexible as vanilla delay blocks which do not. So you can't add any other delay blocks to a patch which uses the reverse delay in full mode.

Yeah, that should get you there. You'll have to read the instructions for EEPROM burning/flashing, cuz I use a Spin-Semi FV-1 Development Board to flash mine. I only use my generic EEPROM flasher for reading/ripping. And note that this unit does not come with the software, but tells you where to find it.Also is this what you’d recommend to get me started with burning my own eeproms?
