This might be a dumb question, but is the C-Buffer always buffing? Even when the effect is bypassed?
My guitarist feels like he's missing out on the buffer trend. Can I build him something at the front of his chain (like a compressor) with a C-buffer that will help even when the compressor is bypassed?
Thank you for not making fun of me.
It seemed like that was the purpose, but I didn't want to assume in case there was another buffer rationale I'm not familiar with.
My advice to him was to "just put an "always on" effect at the beginning of your chain.
Unlike many guitarists, he has no "always on" effects. (!)
