Thanks for putting this Rrundown on my Radar.
Totally agreed with Denison's core base of '50s slapback, tremolo and reverb for guitar.
Loved the way he uses chorus, too, and his band influences — he must be the same/similar age as me.
Amazerballz that Sims still has/uses his first bass — BEST $250 ever spent!
Interesting that he goes for a similar sharp attack and clarity as Denison does, but ...
"I never break strings" No, I guess not. Not when you're changing bass-strings every 3-4 shows!
No sir, I don't like that, just from a price-per-performance perspective — must be nice to be able to afford that. Freq'n Rock Stars.
TTBOMK — Traynor he used previously was a TS-200
I've got a modded rat that doesn't lose so much bass, Sims complaint of the circuit, but I'm still going to have to build that Boss ODB-3 now.
Oh, and I've long been hunting for the right TS-200 to come along... 8" speaker in the head for practice...
