Does anyone know which 1uf cap is C9 on the kliche mini se? I've figured out the rest fairly easily but I'm needing an idiot check. There are many 1uf caps for the borking.

Can’t say for sure which one it is since I don’t have one yet, but you can do a quick continuity test from the circled (in red) pad of R12 (the 1k circled in green) to the negative pads of each of the 1u caps until you find the one which reads as having continuity, which will be C9 for you!
Edit: if I had to guess it would be the one just above and to the right of r12, right below the two 1M resistors below the upper tl072. Start there, and if that’s no luck, try for continuity to the two right next to the daughterboard (though those logically would probably be part of the charge pump, since they’re far away from most of the rest of the audio path)
