Wouldn't the toggle switch be on the other side according to the image on the website? Or has the layout just been changed since then?

Yep, you're absolutely right. I was too focused on the vertical spacing and didn't pay any attention to the horizontal position.
It's correct now. (The paper template was always correct, for those who have already downloaded the PDF)
