Let's See Your Amps

You know it sounds terrible but that's why I bought the Small Box.

I started with a Pink Taco, absolutely loved it and assumed that a 100W BE-100 would be even more of a good thing so I sold it and moved up.

I didn't like the BE-100 as much so I sold it.

Bought the BE-100 Deluxe, loved it, but it's just so damned ugly with all those knobs and the black control panel. Contacted BAD about a gold faceplate, which they agreed and quoted a price.... then somehow I think they caught wind of who I was because they stopped responding to my emails and I never heard from them again. I even attempted to go through an authorized dealer, who also ghosted me after a few days.

Whatever, I get it. Fine. ( I still love yall )

So, I bought the Small Box because it's more my style, with the intentions of selling the BE-100 Deluxe... It's been over a year now so I see no reason to part with it.

I'm very traditionalist when it comes to amps... I love modern/digital effects, but I want no frills when it comes to amps. Really don't care for toggle switches, channel switching, relays, or anything digital whatsoever in my amps.

I wish there was a 50 - 100W Pink Taco with the original control set (One channel - Volume, Gain, Treble, Mid, Bass, nothing more)... That'd be perfect.
Why would they care? That's pretty petty.

Hey folks, this is my current bass beastie... Genz-Benz Shuttle 9.2 delivering its full 1.2 horsepower into a Barefaced Super Twelve T cab (the Behringer compressor has gone since this pic was taken). This for me is the perfect rig... lightweight, reasonably compact, and monstrously loud when the need arises.
