My Mini Heterodyne has a constant sound when engaged even without an input signal, it sounds like it won't gate. All the functions appear to be working correctly, if *very* loudly. This continuos noise was mentioned in an older post; https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/mini-heterodyne-receiver-is-never-quiet.8064/ and it was solved by switching out the CD4069UBM (IC2). Is this a likely cause? Does anyone have the voltages for that chip? TIA!
