Monk Hack: Discrete Enclosure Ground for ISO Jacks

You’ve probably seen small ones in battery pack chargers or things like that. They come in all sorts of sizes and orientations. Just imagine a spring loaded header pin

My only caution would be to steer clear of single pin units. multiple contact points will help preserve contact.

I'm pretty sure for production I'll use the Keystone 628, as it's a little shallower and i think i can fit it with no issues on the same side as the relay.
 
I may be missing something, but is there a reason you couldn’t just ground at the switch/chassis contact point?

Edit: NVM, I see now that you’re trying to avoid running a wire.
