Muffin Stomp '75 - C11: 10n electrolytic cap?

Currently ordering components for Muffin Stomp '75.

For C11, the layout calls for a 3.9nF 10nF cap & C11: 10nF. Looks to require a polarized cap and by the shape on the PCB layout looks to be an electrolytic cap.

3.9nF and 10nF are quite low for an electro cap. I'm probably reading this wrong ... What would you recommend?

I'm ordering all my parts from Mouser & SmallBear as of now .... it be great not to add another supplier for one component!

The pcb is spaced for either a polarized electrolytic or a film capacitor. I would use a film capacitor (which is bipolar).
