Muzzle THAT340

Yesterday I received my muzzle kit from musikding and it came with a THAT340 (14 pins) and a 20 pins socket. It's supposed to come with a THAT4301. Did they send me a wrong IC or are there any ways it can be connected to work as a THAT4301?

I heard that (lol) they are working on a new version of the 4301 which is obsolete but I don't think it's plug and play.... ! Curious to heard what others have to say.
