Nein Fuzz problems

i just completed the Nein Fuzz but it doesn't sound at all like my original Fairfield 900. It does kind of work but there's not much fuzz coming out of it.
I used J201's (pcb type) and measured all 20 of the ones that I have in stock on my Peak DCA75 to match them to the specs as close as possible on the build sheet but it just doesn't sound anywhere near like the original pedal. any suggestions?

Post pics of your build, and if at all possible, a pic of your original.

Check the value of R8.

It should be 47R. It looks like it might be 47K.

Build report incoming? With demo compared to the original?
I have a board but not a Peak, just a TC1 tester. I can't test all those parameters for the J201s

it sounds nearly identical. it doesn't have quite as much fuzz, and not as much output volume (but it has plenty of output). i assume that the J201's that i'm using aren't exactly the same spec, but they're VERY close to all of the parameters on the build sheet.

Well yours is 900 Fuzz, not ~900
