I thought this pedal looked really cool but sounded stupid and was even more stupidly expensive
Now I want a pedal with a pop-o-matic bubble.I thought this pedal looked really cool but sounded stupid and was even more stupidly expensive
All the electrolytics are at the same height, albeit a few are tilted.Who the hell seats caps like that? Did they forget to solder the parts, too?
Damn, I'm grumpy tonight.![]()
I've heard of Dr. No..... The Turd Fuzz is still on my wishlist.
Wasn't aware of any of the other stuff, but then I avoid those type of topics, and Dr's named No, and folks who make pedals that literally look like a pile of poop.
..... it is, still, however, unfortunately, on my wishlist ....![]()
Considering how I watched that person act on the Harmony Central and TGP during the 2001-06 timeframe, fuck ‘em. Same with Devi. Drama queens.Shhh Zachary is listening…
I remember a paintchip topic where somebody bought a pedal as a new one and had paintchips off. Z was clear he was protecting his sellers who had just a demomodel and there was not gonna be a refund.Considering how I watched that person act on the Harmony Central .
I just don't have 45-60 minutes to watch a freaking pedal demo......I kinda struggle with TPS or any pedal demos these days. The demos are generally more about how clever the demonstrators think they are and TPS has disappeared up it's own arse. You just have to try stuff yourself. With dirt pedals in particular it's how the circuit reacts to the player that is the deciding factor for most of us.
The TPS video covers many pedals. I linked the timestamp when they demo the one I mentioned. You can probably get the gist after a few minutes. But yeah they tend to go on lots of tangents…I just don't have 45-60 minutes to watch a freaking pedal demo......
Don't get me wrong, I love Dan and Mick. It's just the philosophical meanderings can go on and on and on and on....hehThe TPS video covers many pedals. I do. I just choose not to.I just don't have 45-60 minutes to watch a freaking pedal demo......
Yup. Also, let’s not forget Z.. “crashing out,” as the kids these days would say.. regularly.I remember a paintchip topic where somebody bought a pedal as a new one and had paintchips off. Z was clear he was protecting his sellers who had just a demomodel and there was not gonna be a refund.
