Ok what is you favorite and least favorite part of building pedals?

I don't know what the gun laws there are, but if you have a hunting/gun store near you you may find them there.
Gun stores are extremely rare since guns are only for sports or hunting. I think there's one close by, incredibly enough. I'll take a look thanks.

I hate anything fiddly during a build, pulling out components from bags is such a pain.

I went the cabinet route, with partitions. Then bought more cabinets and got rid of most of the partitions. Partitions worked but made it a lot more fiddly to get components out, and I would have to pre-cut resistors which was pretty boring..
Anything I need on-hand during a build is readily available and pre-tested to be the correct value (I won't test an entire resistor strip, but the first one and then I trust the rest are correct). My resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors are all on-hand when I need them.
Then I bought some component boxes for ICs and Ge transistors. I have the luxury of space though.
Space is something I don't have as my room is a mere 20 sqm* so the cabinets are probably out but the stackable boxes are definitely useful. Thanks for the European Amazon links!

*my resistor folders are under the piano, my guitars are literally everywhere, my bench is next to my gym bag and slow cooker and my components are in a stack of boxes in a corner.

I live in a large town in Southern California and there are at least two gun stores nearby (one walking distance) and at least three shooting ranges within a 30 minute drive :ROFLMAO:

People who reload their own ammunition will use those wipes to clean up after handling lead bullets, so it's worth a shot if it's not too inconvenient.

If it's still there, there's one literally a 5 minute walk from my place :)

I live in a city of over two million people and there are probably fewer than six gun shops here. Probably a similar number of ranges. My favourite gun store here is called Barry's firearms and he has hunting rifles, pistols, collectable handguns, you name it. It's quite a drive from where I live though.
