owlexifry Well-known member Jan 17, 2023 #2 a while back I really needed/wanted an oscilloscope to identify 'outer foil' ends on 630V film caps for a tube amp build... didn't really wanna spend $400 at the local hobby/electronics store, so i bought one of these on ebay: "DSO112A Digital Oscilloscope Mini Storage TFT Wave Multimeter Tester 2MHz 5Msps" Did the job... but I can't really vouch for it's performance/ precision just yet though, because I haven't done that much with it.
