SOLVED Paragon Build Issues

Just finished up this build. I didn’t do any mods but am experiencing switch pop on both sides and the LED on the left side doesn’t work. I’ve tried a couple of different LED’s and no change. The right LED works fine and the pedal itself functions as it should. Any ideas for either issue? Thanks!

Edit:
I filled in the rest of the 3pdt switches with solder and that resolved the LED issue and switch pop on the right side. I do still have switch pop on the left side though.

I get switch pop on my Paragon build also. I'll be watching this for possible solutions.

Thanks man! I’ve been googling and I got nothing lol I think I’ll reflow the switch on the left side.

Alright I’m going to call this 95 percent solved. There was a post in the below thread about adding a 10k resister to the switch as shown in the pic. It took the pop from loud to just barely there. I tried 15k to see if that would take away more but it was less effective than the 10k.

Thread 'Pedal popping fixes??'

Good evening,
I've used 3 different PCB manufacturers so far and I seem to encounter engagement popping with the majority of my PedalPCB builds (Modus Operandi, Transcendence, Arche, Shrapnel, Guardian, Magnetron, Spirit Box, Duocast, Ocelot, etc...). The circuits sound fantastic once they're on, but engaging a pedal in the middle of a song, and hearing that pop, is a bit of a nuisance.
I searched through some of the posts and I see that a 100k resistor on the output is a common fix - as well as switching to tantalum on some of the electrolytic caps.
Question is, "where is the best place...
