Paragon Mini - LED lights dim when bypassed

I built several Paragon Mini pedals, and in one of them, the LED lights are on but dim when the pedal is plugged in. The sound is just fine, but when off, both LED's are dimly lit. Is there something I should check out, or would this be considered within "normal" limits?

The circuit for the bypass LEDs is a simple on/off switch. You shouldn't be getting any light when bypassed, so that is a sure sign it's not quite right.

I figured out it was due to another PCB company's (not PedalPCB) 3PDT breakout board. Lesson learned.
