This one caused me a couple of headaches. Tested fine and then when I got it in the enclosure I was getting weird stuff going on. Ended up narrowing it down to the fact that I'd managed to short the 9V on the LED annodes (yep, both of them!) to the LED bezels as they were bent over due to the holes not lining up very well with the board. Once I got some heat shrink in there problem solved.
