Park and ride Volume problem

Great kit,convinced tones
But the Volume potentiometer seems that is not working.
I checked everything,all looks good.
By turning left right the volume potentiometer nothing is happening.
The volume remains the same.
And it is lower than I need
Some thoughts and help ? Tks.

Also check for a defective pot, by checking the continuity between all three lugs with an ohm meter DMM setting. It is rare, but I've encountered new defective pots.

R100 is the CLR for the LED. I would build an audio probe. I’m not seeing voltages listed yet, too.

You mean R100 has nothing to do with the signal volume of the Volume pot
But there was a wrong 47k instead the correct one of 4k7 as the pcb says.
With 47k the LED should not light at all
But it lights correctly.

That does sound suspicious.

I believe @jimilee is right about R100 being the CLR, and that it shouldn't be causing your problem, but if there's some doubt about what's going on, starting with the right parts in the right places can't hurt.
