I used the drill template in the Acetylene doc, it's very tight but it's accurate.

Adjust diameters as you need - I used the larger panel mount power plugs because they are easier to get and I used 3mm LEDs. I also measured the diameter of the toggle switch directly from the page.

I built one to the above template, but it's very tight at the bottom. Normal 3PDT switches barely work, but Illuminated LED switches don't. So I tweaked the dimensions upwards (4mm I think) and it work much better.
