Picks, where do they go?

I've probably lost more Bic lighters than picks but that's just a lifestyle choices thing. I've never passed a pick to the left.

I probably use a bic lighter on the strings more often than a pick...mainly because I keep losing my slides!

Speaking of picks, I always carry at least 5 with me. I was going shopping one day and an obviously homeless man was spare changing, and finger picking. I reached into my pocket and handed him all five and his eyes just lit up "Thank you, oh wow man, really thanks!"

So, I know where those five went....

I quit carrying them in my pocket, they would eventually disappear.

I keep one pick between the high strings on all my guitars and I haven’t lost any in years! That didn’t use to be the case tho, I used to lose them constantly. Or probably my friends would just take them from me.

I used to have super clean ones from when I stashed them in my "Zippo" pocket. Now they live in a Cinnamon Altoids tin on my amp. So that's where mine go.

Seriously, I put the guitar down, went from one room to another, came immediately back, and the pick is gone.

It's a white pick too, which would show up easily on any of my floors. And it's the second white pick I lost in similar manner.

This is why I don't buy those expensive picks.

Usually the next place I go to after I put the guitar down!, wherever that may be.
Dunlop NYLON .88, they make millions of them, they usually live in an Feedback Buster on top of my Amp Head.
That's where it belongs!
